Kernel & arial - astringent, anti-emetic, aphrodisiac, tonic, anti-dysenteric, anti-malaria, anti-leprotic & very effective for indigestion and all kind of stomach pains.

The expressed juice of the fruit along with other ingredients is used to cure hemorrhage, anemia, colic, acute leprosy, fits, insanity, jaundice, cough, hiccough, indigestion, dyspepsia and asthma..

Uses:   The fruit is an aromatic carminative, stimulant, stomachic & emmenagocae. it is given internally for diseases of the liver and uterus & applied externally on tumours of the uterus. The seed is diuretic and to relieve the retention of urine. it is administered to children to prevent excessive vomiting.
